Quality Information

The Rochester Regional Healthcare Association is committed to working closely with its member hospitals/health systems to help them enhance the quality of care they provide to their patients from preventive to acute, sub-acute and long-term care. Quality is no longer an issue that falls almost exclusively within the domain of infection control professionals. A focus on quality is critical for every unit and department of the hospital and all staff from receptionists to executive leadership. But medical evidence changes constantly as does research-based recommendations for quality improvements and even knowledge about what is most effective within the quality improvement arena itself. Quality measures are now a part of required federal and state reporting and linked to hospital payment.

RRHA provides members with learning tools, news updates, critical information and timely access to educational programs and webinars focused on quality improvement. It also provides members with the opportunity to link with colleagues from other hospitals facing similar challenges to improving the quality of their patient care.
